It's Time for Our Supporters to Relink Your Cards to Our School!

The Community Partners program has been in existence for over ten years. During that time hundreds of thousands of shoppers have registered their cards; many of those cards have been lost or shoppers have moved away.

In order for the program to more accurately and fairly represent the efforts of active groups we are requiring supporters of all groups to relink their cards in 2009, per terms of participating in the program.

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to ask your supporters to relink their cards at http://www.albertsonscp.com

The process only takes three simple steps;

1) log on to the site

2) enter your Preferred Card number

3) enter MRES group Community Partners ID# 49001013389

4) click "add" to confirm

5) verify it goes through and then sign out at right top of page

6) begin next family member or friend's preferred card

Shoppers can not relink the card at the checkout lane. They must go to www.albertsonscp.com, call 1-800-696-6419, or send a letter requesting the relink (Community Partners Headquarters PO Box 193 Bethel Park, PA 15102-0193).

After March 1st you can resume using the Albertsons.com site to register your preferred card.

Cards MUST be relinked at this site by February 28th in order for your supporters’ contributions to continue after March 1, 2009.

If you already have an account registered, please sign-in your account, Click "My Account" and then click the link "Edit Community Contribution Program Information " under "Community Rewards Information", following the steps (1, 2, 3): Step 1. Sign up Albersons Cards: http://www.albertsons.com/cp , choose Shoppers register your preferred card. ENter Card #, Phone#, click Login. Choose my account and Add a Partner, MRES ID is 49001013389
Sign up your Target Red Card: http://www.target.com/tcoe, scroll down to community, click on Take Charge of Education, choose Enroll Now, enter school ID #124061, choose designate this school and follow the steps.
Sign up Escrip at https://secure.escrip.com/jsp/supporter/registration/step1.jsp, enter MRES Group ID 500005477 and continue the steps!
